Welcome to the HSA Laredo PTO

To become a committee member or to volunteer for the  PTO, all applicants are subject to the following guide lines:

 

• all applicants must complete Volunteer Consent and Authorization for Release of Information form with a copy of their current Drivers License  and turn in to the front office, (forms are available at the front office or you may print one from the Download Application Tab), 

•  allow for their back ground check to clear.

Note: If you are only applying to be a volunteer you do not have to pay any fee

           If you are applying to be part of the committee and vote on important issues you must pay

           the membership fee of $10.00 with the PTO Treasurer (Mrs. A. Sanchez)
